  • Business Administration - Level 2

    If you want to become a highly skilled and highly effective member of a team, then the Business Administration Apprenticeship could be right for you. It will help you increase performance, productivity and awareness of process and best practise.

  • Business Administration - Level 3

    Business Administrators have a highly transferable set of knowledge, skills and behaviours that can be applied in all sectors.

    This includes small and large businesses alike; from the public sector to the private sector and the charitable sector.

    The role may involve working independently or as part of a team and will involve developing, implementing, maintaining and improving administrative services

  • Business and Professional Administration - Level 4

    Entrants to the Higher Administration Apprenticeships must be employed and have been in their position for at least one year. Entrants will usually be in or are about to be in management role that gives them autonomy in their job – and they should have decision making opportunities.

    Entrants could be working in a variety of job roles, including: Office Manager, Administration Team Leader, Personal Assistant, Business Development Executive.

  • Customer Service Practitioner - Level 2

    The role of a customer service practitioner is to deliver high quality products and services to their organisation’s customers.  The core responsibility will be to provide high quality customer service from the workplace, online, or directly at the customer’s locality.

  • Customer Service Specialist - Level 3

    The main purpose of a Customer Service Specialist is to be a ‘professional’ for direct customer support. You are often an escalation point for complicated or ongoing customer problems. You will be an advocate of Customer Service who acts as a referral point for dealing with more complex or technical requests.

  • Team Leader/Supervisor - Level 3

    Team Leaders and Supervisors are first line management roles, with operational, project and team-managing responsibilities. They provide direction, instructions and guidance to ensure the achievement of set goals.

    Working in the private, public or third sector and in all sizes of organisation, specific responsibilities will vary, but the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed will be the same whatever the role.

  • Management - Level 5

    An Operations or Departmental Manager is someone who manages teams or projects, to achieve operational or departmental goals and objectives.

    They are accountable to a more senior manager or business owner. Working in the private, public or third sector and in all sizes of organisation, specific responsibilities and job titles will vary, but the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed will be the same.

  • Learning Mentor

    Mentoring is the foundation of all work based learning, but this is the very first time that it has been recognised as a role and qualification. Learning Mentors (LM) support learners of all ages and levels, helping them develop in their new work role, e.g learners maybe, apprentices or trainees, ranging from new starters to CEOs.
