We work across the equine, animal care and business industries to train apprentices to the highest level, and we’re excited to award one of our amazing business learners, Sahir Khan, with a Certificate of Recognition for achieving his Level 5 Operations/Departmental Manager Apprenticeship with the support and guidance from his fantastic Trainer Coach, Pete Milsom!
With support from his employer and Haddon Training, he was given the opportunity to progress his career by enrolling on an apprenticeship, which he says
“… allowed me to adopt new approaches and further understand styles of management, project management and business finance.”
Of achieving his incredible qualification, Sahir says
“I am proud to announce not only did I obtain the qualification, I smashed it by getting a distinction. This for me is a massive achievement… Pete was an awesome coach throughout, super supportive and was there when required.”
His Trainer Coach, Pete was proud to support Sahir throughout his apprenticeship journey, saying
“Sahir has shown extraordinary determination and desire to learn throughout his apprenticeship. Working in a challenging sector, Sahir has skilfully managed his work and study to achieve the top grade in his apprenticeship, and has done so with great enthusiasm and a consistently positive attitude. A superb achievement Sahir, and a well-deserved distinction, excellent work!”
