We’re proud to announce that the first of our Business Standard Apprentices passed their Team Leader / Supervisor Level 3 with distinction, through the End Point Assessment (EPA).
The EPA outcome is very important as it is the end result of an apprentice’s hard work and commitment to develop their skills and performance. On receipt of a pass merit or distinction it marks an end to their apprenticeship.
This individual obtained a distinction which is hard won and exceptional. Their dedication, hard work and skills is the result of the input from the employer and Haddon Training who supported the development and training plan for this individual to achieve.
The Team is delighted that an apprentice in the business section was the first through the company to move forwards to EPA and to have achieved a distinction is a credit to everyone involved. Well done!
